it's what REALLY makes me crazy about Mayweather. I think the Flomos who think he'd have won all the fights i wanted him to fight (Spadafora, Freitas, Casamayor, Cotto, Margarito, Kostya, Johnston) are likely correct! I think if he did it right he had a chance to really earn a top ten all-time spot. he just didn't want to do it.

| Training has changed in the past 100 years. They use to fight so often that they never had time to train properly and wouldn't have had grueling training camps like they do now. Also, swimmers are still the same size now as they were 30 years ago yet their records get beat every year. Rocky Marciano would be a midget compared to Lewis, Vitali and Wlad. |

The number of errors here is remarkable. 1. Training has NOT changed. If it has? Tell me how? 2. No grueling training camps? LOL, read up on Jim Jeffries or William Muldoon sometime. 3. Swimmers are the same size??? Really? Mark Spitz was 6 feet tall and weighed 170 pounds. Rowdy Gaines was 6'1 and 175 and Aussie champion Micahel Wenden was 6' tall while Aussie great Murray Rose was 6'1 175. Nowadays? Alexander Popov is 6'7" and 200 pounds, Ian Thorpe is 6'5 and 230 and Michael Phelps is 6'4 and 200 pounds and Grant Hackett is 6'6 and 210. You're in luck. We are giving a free fourth incorrect assertion with three previous incorrect assertions. Today only!

You're in luck. We are giving a free fourth incorrect assertion with three previous incorrect assertions. Today only! First, Thorpe has been retired for over 3 years. Next, you named a few swimmers not the majority. Also, you stated boxers fought about every month. training camps last longer than a month so back in the day they wouldn't have had proper training camps. |

| look at the size difference of Tyson to Wlad and Vitali
Louis normal training camps were 6 to 8 weeks
Robinson and them could fight every month CAUSE THEY WERE IN PRIME SHAPE they weret fighting twice a year
they could have a training camp, win or lose, fight next week, have a 2 week training camp and fight again
its wat Robinson did when he lost to LaMotta, 6 days later won, 14 days later beat LaMotta

| Compared to Lewis, Vitali and Wlad it's a big difference. I think an in shape fired up Lewis beats Marciano. |

years after the fight he said, Man that guy could punch hard

Marciano was a Cruiserweight by any standard.I still hink he was the best HW under 200lbs. in the history of the sport. The Rock had twice the balls Lewis had but would have been giving up nearly sixty pounds.Unfair comparison IMO.

Marciano was one Lewis was out of shape for those fights and not interested. See what he did to them in the rematches? Joe Louis at his peak would've destroyed Marciano. |

i love Lennox
but he gets killed by Joe Louis , Ali, FRAZIER man talk about all wrong for someone, Foreman, Liston, Jersey Joe might outbox him, alotta great champs beat Lennox not really sure why the arguement is just Lennox vs Rocky . Holmes also kills Lennox off the top of my head
Lennox was the best of a bad division, it just looks great compared to the division we have know
remember when an old ass Mike Tyson won a round by coming forward?

Joe had a bad habit of getting lazy with his left hand.If Schmeling could expose it,so could have the Rock.I don't think anyone destroys Marciano, beat him possibly, destroy him no.

Wow, Tyson won 1 round. Lewis destroyed him that fight. I think Lewis is the most underated Heavyweight champion ever and Rocky Marciano the most overated. |

If McCall and Rahman could kayo Lewis,Foreman or Liston would have put him on a slab.
