I see Margarito eating a lot of leather and not answering back with much. Speed gentlemen, speed. Somebody has it, the other guy doesn't. Besides the obvious difference in boxing ability, speed will dominate that fight.

Cotto was hurt and staggering, but Torres did push him down. Torres also punched himself out in the process, and left nothing in the tank for the later rounds.

What dumbass decision on Cottos handlers part. I recall Torres being a last minute replacement. They had no idea about the guy and no game plan for Torres. Cotto won that on sheer will. That fight probably shortened both guys careers though and makes it more obvious that Evangelista Cotto overlooks important things like possibly illegal handwraps.

You've also got to remember after the Cotto win Margarito let himself go, he went out partying in Tijuana and attended alot of events that year. By the time Tony entered camp for the Mosley fight he was huge, it's no secret that he struggled to make the weight for that fight.
