I don't know why sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. I'm guessing Wolf might enough points left to rep you today. Right now in this thread I can see "merci" right next to "quote"

For me it still shows "merci" but it is just faded out because I'm out of points today. But you went from 84 to 87 so looks like someone got you.
