as one of hughes biggest fans and big diego hater i say diego by tko. hughes has been fading for a while now. even though diego is 1-2 since returning to ww i'll take him in this fight against the old,slow, less powerfull fading hughes.

I'm thinking Diego knocks him out as well, Earlier in his career Hughes would have fun

Who saw K-1 Hughes in his fight before Penn.

Ricardo Almeida has never been even a decent striker. Going into that fight most people actually recognized that Hughes would have a rare striking advantage.

I don't think he'd take a fight with McCDonald. It'd have to be someone with decent standing or someone he's wanted to fight for a while.

I think Koscheck wrecks Hughes to be honest. He's got the wrestling to nullify the takedowns and I don't think Hughes is quick enough these days to avoid the right hand forever.

I don't like Hughes but I hope he can somehow KO Koscheck.

Not a good match up at all for Hughes. He's too old to handle Koscheck's athletic ability & wrestling.

He's going to have to sub him.

His only road is by sub unfortunately for him. Even if he can take Josh down I don't see him submitting the guy without some serious shit happening right before it. He's going to have to rock Koscheck hard or really catch him out of position in a horrible way to land a sub on him.

Hughes says he'll fight Kos or Fitch. I wonder if he was offered both. Hughes matches up with Fitch much better. I'd much rather see that one.

That doesn't sound right... He matches up better with Fitch? Then wouldn't you rather see him beat Kos?
