| Noons should keep to 155. There aren't many Nicks size there and his take down D looked clean, he could controal and wins the few fights that are there now. Maybe Beerbom or Evangilista. | |

The 30-27 scorecard from the female judge was a disgrace, I had it 29-28 for JZ. |

I don't think it was that close when JZ was controlling the majority of the round, Thomson only came strong in about the last minute in my opinion. |

No way Thompson won the 1st. It was JZ's rd but i'd accept a draw. |

Like how Maynard was? He won the fight without attempting a takedown??? Guida, Stevson, Sanchez, Karo used Judo and control, Sherk, Nick hasn't faced a fighter like that in a while

A lot of people are wrong, and it doesn't apply because he didn't actually wrestle. Ok, fine, for the point to make sense you you, change to to "fighters who use great wrestling are the kryptonite for the diaz bros"

| Gray won, but he fought dumb IMO, he could have landed a couple takedowns just to do it, he's lucky he landed a lot more power shots then Nate. | |

| We agree on many things, just not opinions that make Strikeforce out to be the worst promotion ever, or things that state Brock is immune to submissions. | |

| Strikeforce's problem is talent depth and how it's run. The heavyweight's are as strong as UFC's but what's the point when your champion is fighting K-1. If it was run more like the UFC then it would become bigger than it is. |

| Good card. Marloes Coenen is the fucking shit. I could watch that broad fight any day of the week
I had it 3-2 Diaz. Really close fight
JZ-Josh could've gone either way but some horrendous scorecards.
Not much to say about the Woodley fight. Galvao couldn't recover from one straight right for over 2 minutes lol

Middleweight hmm interesting, that's the weakest in boxing right now, a trinket wouldn't be impossible for him there. His last fight was at 154. I can't see him winning any title in boxing.

| Worst announcers I've ever heard. They rode Diaz's jock from jump street. Freakin' homers. Then to top it off, they had the nerve to call that "one of the greatest MMA fights ever." They fought like they were under water. Horrible fight. And what the f*& was Noon doing brushing his hair back every 5 seconds? Diaz started timing him & jabbing every time he did it. Just plain stupid & they have the nerve to call that "world championship caliber fighting"? | |

| It wasn't that bad. It was a good fight but nowhere near as good as the commentators made it out to be. |

| Fell asleep, missed the original airing, but caught the west coast broadcast.
Good win for Woodley, but a little too easy, wasn't able to show much, hopefully they can get him back in the cage quickly.
Coenen should not have gotten so emotional about holding the armbar 1 second too long. And she was winning that fight from the get go.
I had JZ winning, 2-1. the first rnd was excellent, thought JZ landed a couple headbutts. fight slowed after that. Thomson wanted no part of JZ's power, Cavalcante should have kept space. Not a terrible decision, and I won't make a big deal out of 30-27.
Diaz peppered noons, outside of a stretch early in the 2nd and later in the 5th I thought he controlled the action. fight like that shows why I won't put too much stock in the compustrike. most of Noon's meaningful shots missed their mark, winds up for big punches way too much, would have liked to have seen a little divergence from the boxing for Noons, follow up a missing power shot with an elbow. I know he worked the body well, but nothing that effected Diaz.
Great display by Diaz, we know he's a better ground fighter, showed he's a better striker as well. Some of the best boxing in MMA.
I did not come away from that fight dieing to see a trilogy. Sure down the line, but amping it up in the cage post fight was unnecessary, it's time for Noons to actually win a fight at 170 b4 getting another title fight.
As far as the SF crew hyping their fighters(JZ, thomson top 5), this is standard procedure, UFC does it all the time, but it's gone on so long over there, that their word's have become "truth". But I think it would have been a little more acceptable if they said top 10.
Hated all the forced laughing between the commentators. Why do we need a 3 man booth again? Glad the professor was out of the mix though.
