| 1. Matt Hamill -- beat Jardine and has a win over Jon Jones, kind of. 2. Vladimir Matyushenko -- easily the best record of the bunch. Only lost to studs. 3. Jason Brilz -- the loss to Eliot Marshall really hurts his great performance against Nog. 4. Keith Jardine -- at least he holds a win over Vera. 5. Luiz Cane -- was a one time top ten guy, like Jardine and Maty, but no real signature fights. 6. Brandon Vera -- easily the most talented guy on this list, just can't get wins. 7. Tim Boetsch -- was beat soundly beat by three guys ahead of him.

Phil's best partner and best fighter from his camp - Brandon Vera. Under Lloyd, Vera went from the next big thing to a failed prospect.
Google Phil Davis interview and listen to him talk about his striking game. Very slow developing. Until further notice Phil Davis is not in the Mo/Jones category. I never said that he was in Mo or Bones category yet, but he will be. The guy is an up and coming force to be reckoned with who doesn't like to brag on himself. Only time will tell? I don't think he ever makes it to the Bones/Mo Level. Those guys have natural striking abilities, that you either have, or you don't. And Bones's length makes him a very unique fighter.

I see what you're saying, but Marshall is better than he's given credit for, and Brilz was robbed blind in that fight. So badly that when Marshall in his next fight loses to the Janitor he was let go as if he had actually lost two.

| I think Marshall is solid too.
I first look at wins and losses, plus strength of schedule. Then I ask, "what have you done for me lately?" to break any ties.
Brilz/Hamill would actually be a good fight.
