That's what I was about to say. GSP wasn't gassed regret, but applying pressure can make you more tired when you keep pressing. Sometimes fighters give up a position after seeing that they aren't fully doing what they wanted to do. We can talk about the human body, but the bottom line is GSP would not have stopped if he thought he could push a bit harder to end the fight. He has said he wants to finish fights like a true Champ and I think by snapping an arm would have had more people talking about him being even more of a badass. I just can't belive that GSP gave up an arm to be a nice guy while defending his title. Let's be real here my friend.

You can still put enough torque on something to pop it outta the joint. And dont give me that crap about him being double jointed..You cant be double jointed on a ball-hinge socket joint to my knowledge. Dan Hardy was born with mad crazy joints! He can flip em north, south, east, and west and wipe his ass with his toes. You know nothing of that man's training with those Monks in Tibet. They installed a no pain button in his brain also. His mohawk can transform into an afro and that was self taught.

He is gonna use it in a rematch with GSP too scare the crap out of him. People are scared of clowns, and a red afro and the mouthpeice he uses can be pretty scary when they just pop up out of nowhere.

Also add in that he has a lot of power, and Kampmann doesn't move his head at all. GSP was able to get Hardy down, but Kampmann doesn't have wrestling even close to that of GSP, and Hardy's takedown D is better than some are giving him credit for, I'd def say it's better than Thiago's. Sure Kamp could sub him, but GSP had a hard time doing so, I wouldn't say it'd be easy at all. I also think that Kampmann was just one of those bad MMA matchups for Thiago, it happens ala Rampage/Chuck. I'd pick Hardy to catch Kamp and win by TKO, if this fight goes down we should def do a Sig bet.
GSP also had the opportunity to snap Hardy's arm in two a couple times, but decided to let go of it instead of applying more pressure and breaking it. Kampmann isn't GSP

This fight hasnt even been set yet, so I really dont even see a point in arguing over it just yet.

| I broke it down, I'll go with that, I've yet to see a strong argument for Kampmann all I'm getting is "I'm picking Kampmann", and I think people are underrating Hardy and overrating Kampmann now.
Sig bet to anyone, not even a Hardy fan

Sig bet to anyone, not even a Hardy fan I will break it down right now. Kampmann has a better ground game...better jiu jitsu...and good enough takedowns to take Hardy down. He may not be able to take Hardy down at will like GSP was able to do, but IMHO, Kampmann would have little trouble getting this fight to the ground at some point. I think you guys are overrating Hardy's striking power. He hasnt finished off any top fighters with his OH SO AMAZING KO power at all. The only thing that I can say is that Hardy has alot more toughness and a way better chin. Kampmann may not be able to finish Hardy, but I could see Kampmann controlling him on the ground that majority of the fight and winning by a decision.

| Advantages:
Standup- Hardy
KO Power- Push (neither of them have shown me KO power against top fighters)
Toughness/Chin- Hardy
Takedowns- Kampmann
Grappling- Kampmann
Jiu Jitsu- Kampmann
Ground control- Kampmann
Anything else I am leaving out? At this point, I have this thing leaning towards Kampmann.
What else needs broken down for ya?

I never said he didnt have any, but if you think he's gonna be able to keep the fight standing the entire fight, you are wrong.

| Kampmann has possible edges in wrestling and BJJ. Hardy is significantly better than Daley on the ground. Hardy is a legit tenth planet student, and will have better wrestling than what Paulo Thiago had the other night by a wide margin. He will be able to dominate in the standup, where enough of this fight will take place for Hardy to win.

| It isn't always about who have you KO'd, but just an easy observation that a guy has more KO power, I mean Kampmann has zero KO finishes in his career, and Hardy has more TKO's, but it really just comes down to an obvious observation.
And I do think Hardy can keep it standing enough
I have a solid track record of picking fights
Sig bet? | |

| I am in the LA camp than Kampmann will not be able to GSP Hardy, and he won't be able to last longer than two rounds trying to stand with Hardy.
This is a style nightmare for Kampmann.

Sig bet? I usually have a pretty solid track record as well. I forgot to pick several pay per views in a row there for a while. I dont think ive ever been below .500 on any PPV that I have picked for. I wont make the sig bet yet on account of the fact that I usually wait until I see how each fighter's training for the fight is going before I make my picks. Plus this fight hasnt been made yet lol.
