| Would an Anderson Silva vs. GSP main event be the highest selling PPV in UFC history? | |

| If it was on a card like 100, maybe. Otherwise, no. | |

| I think there are other fights out there that could sell more PPV but really it depends on the card. Are you asking if this fight has better PPV potential then any other single matchup? | |

yeah I agree, but people also love them some GSP and everyone knows about Anderson Silva. It would be hyped up as the greatest fight in UFC history between two of the top pound for pound fighters in the world. I think it would come close to being the highest seller ever if it had even just a decent card to back it up.

You thought that Maia would bring out the best in Silva? Did you not see the Lutter fight?

| If Anderson puts on a good show against Vitor and Sonnen then I think it will be the perfect time to match him up with GSP. Right now Anderson's stock is down. Either way, if the UFC puts advertising dollars behind them it will be a huge fight. I just think Anderson needs to demolish a couple people and his hype would be back up.
Biggest seller in UFC history? It could, but it needs some advertising dollars put behind it for sure.

| No, people who don't watch a lot of MMA are the ones usually responsible for the most watched fights. | |

| Kimbo vs Brock would be the ultimate casual fan/general dumbass PPV. It sadly could have done HUGE numbers at one point in time. | |

| I don't think so. GSP doesn't talk a lot of smakc and Silva can't speak a lick of English. That makes it harder to sell. Sure the die hards are in on it and some of the more knowledgable casual fans, but in the long run, I think it would do a shade over a million. Brock is the biggest thing in PPV sales and the smartest thing that the UFC can do is put their best fighters on cards so they can garner more exposure. | |

| There's a chance that the top 5 PPV buyrates in UFC history could all include Brock in not too long, whether you like it or not. | |
