I don't know about that. I would love to see them in the UFC now more then ever. I really was not too impressed and I think both guys would struggle to ever get into the top of the UFC's LHW divison. I know Mousasi is still very young and very promising but right now I just don't he would fair too well. Not he was in the UFC today.

Mousasi would only have trouble with some of the wrestlers, but I could see him defeating Shogun or Machida. It is all about match ups.

That opinion isn't a rarity or out of the mainstream school of thought by those in the know on Mousasi. You're opinion of him and Mo by exention LA borders on fringe haterism, ala the guy who argues Brett Favre is actually not even a top 5 QB all time and isn't that great. Maybe you just don't think he is good. Maybe you have other motives and bias you yourself aren't even concsiously aware of, doesn't matter. Fringe either way.

Prince Mo made it seem like he was staying busy by throwing unaccurate shots that werent even phasing Mousasi. He didnt transition into a better position at all, and he never attempted a sub.

As if Mo could attempt a sub. He was working for better positions at some point in each round, he was at times on the defensive and nuteuralized, but after the mid point of the fight he made some adjustments and began landing more effective, hard shots, causing Mousasi to get multi fight back warnings from the ref.

With his skill set and at this time in his career he did exactly what he should have. He won, tried to finish when he could, and only took intelligent risks.

What he did was smart fighting, not lay and pray.

Mo fought a really smart fight, was he getting hit by Mmousasi from the bottom? Ya, was he still staying on top wearing Mousasi down and not at risk to a sub? Ya , Was he getting his shots in from the top? Ya

Mousasi fought a dumb fight, he was planning on gassing Mo and he gassed himself.

To make mattters worse he got taken down everytime.
