War Sakuraba. Matsui, but really only what he was then matters, a young fighter without much experience and not any notable wins I remember, a seasoned Okami to a seasoned Saku would be game vs that Page, though I'd pick Page.

Do you know how many times I nail shit, we understand the whole game. No more often then a good chunk of posters here. LOL bro Oh sorry. Wow dude you call that out of nowhere! No one else shared that thought, thank you for presenting it and giving us the "I told you so". Thank you oh knowledgeable one of all business MMA. I'm clueless.
I was speaking in general, but chill bro, you've been so uppity lately, if you want a little internet cirlce jerk that's up to you. You're right, where's Dana? I need to guzzle his balls right now to make up for the terrible things I have said. I will never point out any flaws in Dana's logic because there aren't any. I'm sorry but since when did calling bullshit bullshit become unacceptable? Uppity LOL, but people dog Dana, but this just isn't such a bad one, it can be understood in it's context for the fight. Otherwise it's like Anderson is fighting a mute zombie.

| So when the fighter in the upcoming PPV refuses to talk shit in the media Dana is then given the rights to say whatever he thinks will sell the PPV? If you don't agree 100% you are then considered "uppity", noted. | |

| It's your whole attitude on shit lately.
It's not about talking shit either, I find Sonnen's hype annoying as hell, but Okami gives you literally nothing, it's not like he's an exciting fighter too ya know.

I'm sorry you don't agree with my outlook on MMA and have problems with how I don't buy everything Dana tries to sell me. If that offends you then I'm sorry. But your attitude of all things Zuffa isn't my favorite thing in the world at the moment either.

And what does Matsui have to do with this? Page kneed him in the nuts ad was DQ's in between the Saku and Wand fights. He did not defeat Rampage.

And what does Matsui have to do with this? I should have looked that one up first, remembered the name not anything else. But Page was way more seasoned when he fought Chuck even if only two years older. Point is Okami now like a seasoned Saku could give 21 year old Page a run for his money, it's not crazy to think that.

| Maybe because Rampage doesn't want to do anything but strike for three rounds now. | |

| A 21 yr old page, who was still strong as an ox, was bigger then Okami is now, and had good wrestling, would have been a bad matchup for a seasoned Okami. A slick submission fighter like Saku was able to exploit that greenery. | |

it's unfortunate that the power bombs have been deleted from the repetoire. Those are what made Page Page.

| Okami has subs, his wrestling and control now is very good now too, good chin, decent strikes, and Page is one of my favorite fighters ever, but still think Okami could possibly beat him at that point. | |

One true submission in his career, came in 2005. Okami is def not subbing Page.

| Just because guys don't rack up subs, doesn't mean they don't have them or can't land them. You're talking of a 21 year old Page who prob knew very little of sub d. | |

Okami has one sub in his career. it is not one of his strengths. No where near Saku level.

Give me a % of Okami's chances in the fight vs 21yo Page. Just curious to how likely you think a Okami win is here.

Okami has one sub in his career. it is not one of his strengths. No where near Saku level. Who said it was? Doesn't mean it couldn't happen..and doesn't mean he has to sub Page to win.

| We're talking about this Okami who is a pretty damn good fighter vs a 21 year old Page whose toughest fight at that point was Beastman, I'd say 41% chance of winning for Okami is reasonable. | |

Even then Page had more power and better standup then Okami. Okami is pretty strong and since we are talking about a LHW matchup we can assume he wouldn't be cutting weight and be even stronger. Still Page is stronger and his wrestling game at that time was sharp enough to stay off his back. I just don't like the style matchup for Okami here.
