ok, you can say that excuse or u can be realistic and say that akiyama is just not that good as most thouht having lost his 3 fights in the ufc. once again leben is no elite fighter but he is a real fighter/mixed martial artists but cung on the other hand is a San Shou fighter trying to be an mixed martial artist/actor at the same time.[/quote]


Yo I only said half of that so I don't know where you're going with the qoutes? I have always wanted to see Cung and spider fight is all. I know it won't happen unless Cung gets 3-4 wins at MW.

UFC or Bust, Cung Le wants a UFC fight or he'll stick with acting.

Dana likes him. I think he should fight Alan Belcher if he is cleared, or someone along those lines.

i wouldnt mind who he fights as long as its a top calibur opponent. then again if he does fight someone like fitch he would most likely lose

agree, at this stage of the game, Im not that interested in trying to find out if Cung is a complete martial artist, I just want to see him in exciting fights(this is pretty much my overall philosophy but there is extra credence in this regard).

really hope they can get him on the San Jose card.

difference was anderson wasnt in his prime just yet. le was.

Le was coming bck from being out for some time. What happened when he trained harder for the next fight. Heck the 1st fight Smith got embarrassed the whole fight and caught a tired Cung at the end of the fight.

So yeah that dude in the cage tonight knocked out Cung Le

And yes...at this stage of his career he is a fucking terrible fighter

Dude Valentijn Overeem beat Randy Couture. U can't pin your argument on one fight.

Valentijn could beat a lot of people in fights where he isn't allowed to get hit

But regardless, that Cung loss has to be looked at as a totally terrible loss.

No one is arguing that the loss to Smith was a good thing.
