| freak wand is ATF for me no question but 5 yrs ago you would never put him in cage with leben, thats more of the point to me. He cant beat the top guys and can get beat by the middle tier guys. For a great like wand that will not do. | |

| I agree but it's really up to him if he wants to retire or not. I don't think he's become so bad that Dana should retire him against his will. |

| This disagreement is purely philosophical -
"Is Wandy done?"
"Yes because he was one of the best in his prime, and not being able to compete with the best now means he should walk away"
"No, he can still defeat some top fighters and most non top ten MW's"
It boils down to what you as a fan feel a fighter of Wanderlei's stature should do. If he wasn't Wanderlei Silva and a former champ and Leben Ko'd him and he'd been KO'd a few times since 06, you wouldn't be calling for his retirement. But if he wasn't Wanderlei Silva and a former champion, the same amount of losses would make you less enthused about watching him fight on UFC maincards in the first place. | |

| Is Wandy done? Yeah he's done being one of the best but he can still compete at the ufc level imo. This loss vs Leben doesn't change my opinion of Wandy we all knew Chris had a chance to connect and end the fight, I don't get the call for him to retire. He's still a draw, still puts on a show, and I really don't think he is as prone to getting KOed as Chuck became. | |
