I could have waited and not dropped anyone since CoCo popped up on the DL. Bummer, he was doing great this year. Oh well now it lets me do more of what I wanted to do anyways. Free up a little space to play with.

I forgot to check my team on Sunday and it cost me 1 category. Could have won the strikeout total easy. Still won 7-3 and still undefeated from a h2h standpoint. 5-0.

well just at a glance..

I would guess your team is last in SBs.. that hurts .. and im guessing at the lower half of AVG.. seems like your 2 power stats should be okay .. you do have some slumpers though .. not sure where you are at with runs

as far as pitching.. I would need to know more of your league rules

because I think your ERA and WHIP should be really good.. Saves I think probably 3rd? (thats a guess) which is good.. though you probably need to replace bailey.. but your K's and W's are low (unless teams can only have 6 sps) .. Bench SPs is the way to go over bench bats.. will get more use out of them..

If you average 3rd (8 pts) in every cat, you should win, the minimum is 4th.. so being last in any cat would make you need to be 1st in at least 2 cats to make up for it

1. 4th+ 4th+ 4th = 21
2. 10th + 1st+ 1st = 21

that first way is wayy easier to do..

Your league has no Minimum Start Limit .. love how you are loaded with RPs .. wouldn't want to make a league without a minimum..

Longo looks great
howard looks good
and Zimmerman will be the Zimmerman we know sooner rather than later i think

in 2 for 1 deals.. you have to include the stats of who you have to drop/bench in the process because you will no longer be getting those stats..

if its Aoki..

Runs = wash possibly loss
Improve HR
Improve RBI
Loss in SBs
Loss in AVG (in h2h league this doesn't matter AS much)

you would be improving the 2 stats that you are lowest on.. and it seems like you are doing alright in Steals to take the small hit..

.. I think I would do this trade..

it is Longo though.. post it in a FBB forum and get more opinions.. people might be iffy about Zimm, I dunno.

Also .. If you do take this trade .. I would consIder testing the water with Mauer .. He's good for catcher but I don't like him at first .. Howard could fill that spot

this is the one prize league I might have a shot in. Yea I loaded up my rp's, just picked up Tazawa from Boston and have Bailey on the DL. I really could use another 1B, and really wouldn't mind trading Mauer. I don't think im gonna do the trade though, I like Longo this year. I want more back I think. I might counter. My SP's are pretty solid even though I only have 4, I have been rotating in a 5th starter usually.

I continue to have amazing luck with my pitcher pickups. I guess it's not all luck, I don't just close my eyes and pick. But I have been lucky that I have been picking the right guys more often then not. I like how my roster is working right now. Allows me to keep a pitcher for awhile and consider keeping and still have an extra spot to pickup daily starters. Offense went off on Monday and has been playing decent lately. I might have lost one of my closers and he might not get his job back. But I think picking up Baily for my DL could help me replace him eventually. I expect him to get his closer job back eventually.

if you can get more obviously take it .. but as it is .. that trade is pretty even .. like i said I would probably take it.. but I also really like Ryan Zimmerman so I could be wrong.. if it was a keeper league I wouldn't do it..

My pickup from yesterday got another win. Been crushing it when it comes to starter pickups. Also got the backup for my injured closer. Lovin it. Just wish I would have picked him up a couple days ago.

Damn I almost had a 10-0 week. Had to settle for 8-1-1. I won the week again making me 6-0 for the season. I'm already off to a much better start then last season.

Yep record wise it's #2 vs #3 this week. Unless I get beat soundly next week it will be #1 vs #2.
