No way he cuts him. He's still a big name, is younger than Brock and Carwin and is still a top 10 heavyweight. Strikeforce would love to have him. Make Mir vs Nelson next.

I struggle to see where Frank can be successful in the UFC's heavyweight division, Big Nog and Ben Rothwell are the only top guys that I think Mir could beat at the moment.

From what I remember it was specifically a cut and not a declined renewal.
