I had no clue Devidas was no longer in WEC. I doubt he was cut after 2-1. Maybe his contract was up and Bibiano Fernandes is right about WEC? That's a pretty big loss to that division that keeps getting more stale by the day. I got Reis via UD.

Yeah it was a good fight but I guess I was just wondering what he still has to prove. I dont think he has any shot of beating any1 worth a damn anymore.

At this point it's not about proving, it about providing. Fighting is where his bread is buttered.

Unless he fit a college degree or learned any other skills that can get him a decent living in between his 111+ fights since 1996(probably much earlier than that), MMA is how he makes the most money...and he beats most of the prospects he fights and is competitive enough with higher level fighters to keep the paychecks coming.

He's only 35. Past his prime but i don't question anybody's reason to fight unless they are so over the hill that they are putting their health in danger. Like Shamrock and the as of last night Sakuraba. Horn is game although past his prime. He can defend himself against even the best fighters.
