| Currently he has fighters on a base contract with a win bonus. He should change the win bonus to a how you win bonus. For example instead of-
$50,000 Base $50,000 Win Bonus
It should be-
$40,000 Base $40,000 Win Bonus by Decision $80,000 Win Bonus by KO,TKO, Submission, Doctor's Stoppage
That way if you win by decision you get paid less but any other way you make more money and the fans get more exciting fights. |

| He already does that. There are automatic incentive stuff there, just not in written form. I have seen several backstage pre-fight talks and DW is always saying a 20K bonus for all subs or KOs, blah, blah, blah. So just because we don't know what the incentive bonuses are, doesn't mean he doesn't do it. | |

I think right now it's just the bonuses for each event. |

| This implies that decisions can't be exciting. The most exciting fights in history are generally decisions, not finishes. This year's fight of the year is probably gonna be Jung vs. Garcia, a decision. Last years was Cerrone vs. Henderson. How good was Davis vs. Lytle, or the most famous fight of them all, Griffin vs. Bonnar? Decision doesn't equal boring fight. Not in the slightest. Boring fight equals boring fight. | |

| Chorky that is a gross over simplification. This implies that some fighters fight to win decisions. If you're fighting to win a decision you're not fighting as hard or as aggressively as you should. Those fights were exciting, but who is going to argue that Bonnar, Forrest, Jung and Garcia weren't actively trying to take their opponent's head off? | |

I never said decisions are boring but if they tried this then maybe fighters like Fitch wouldn't lay on someone for 15min and maybe Rashad would've tried to finish Rampage. |

| In a case like Rashad when he knows he has a vulnerable chin(as evidenced by getting clipped by...what was he clipped with again, anyone even know?) and he's fighting Rampage who had knocked down with punches every fighter he has ever fought in the octagon at least twice in the fight(except for the ones that didn't take two times) that would have been stupid.
He tried to finish late in the fight anyway. I thought he fought brilliantly.

| It's strange that people like myself question Rampage's standup constantly with that stat line by the way. | |

| A lot of it though are simple stylistic issues. Why would Josh Koscheck stand with Daley if that's his best attribute? Why would GSP stand with Thiago if that's his game plan? Mandating striking in MMA is beer-drinker shit.
Scott Barrett vs. Damian Grabowski should be shown to all potential judges for the proper way to score a fight with a wrestler with a toothless topgame.

| They wouldn't have to stand. They could go for the submission also or try harder to finish when on top. |
