What did anyone expect for a boxer who is 41 or 42, and hasn't been relevant as a boxer for close to half a decade.

James at 160 was special. Damn, Michael Nunn just NEVER ducks, does he?

LOOK at the activity level!!!!!!!!!!!

He really did have the skillset and intangibles to be a legend. Maybe even a Ninja Immortal. Too bad the deadly sin of sloth severely compromised his growth as a fighter.

The Littles fight is one of my favorite moments of his. That horrid cut was going to stop the fight, and James knew it. So he went out there knowing what he needed to do, stepped it up and absolutely destroyed Littles. Just decimated him.

Also the Barkley fight. Just such a beautiful show of calmly handling a raging monster in front of you. His angles and counterpunching in that fight is something I won't soon forget.

James Toney ate, smoked cigars, and avoided cardio like the plague for the better part of his career. If he had lived a lifestyle similar to BHOP, he could have accomplished so much.
