Hey I have been doing really well on that workout but I think I can do more now that I have adjusted to it. What do you suggest for more biceps? Or would it be overkill to do more than 2 bicep workouts in one day?

I like the drag curl and I have been going up in weight fast on it. How about going up in sets?

Nice piece. Now buy yourself a bar and two dumbell handles and you're all set! Wink

Seriously, especially as you get older, the more time you spend lifting on your feet the better. Balance, bone density and you can actually do genuine cardio work with weights on your feet.

GREAT! Load up a dumbell and do these to begin your workout! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRA_8jrlT3U

Then when you're REALLY goo? Do these. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=io6dJ1X_g0Q

Explosive, functional, great on the core. Unlike the other stuff you are doing, DO NOT push on these. When you tire or your form begins to fade? Stop and rest. Your central nervous system is the limtation on these. Treat it with care.

New it cost like 1,600 without the weights. I got it for 500 from a rich guy that never used it. The weights were like 400 and the dumbells that I have were around 300.
