| Medium to heavy weights with speed and less than 60 seconds btwn sets. Lots of isometrics when not at the gym. Multi position pushups and pullups and situps flat and decline as well as hanging leg raises and flat. Short fast cardio and nevermore than anhour in the gym. Sprinters workout. Five days a week. Keeps you lean and muscular. | |

| good..now in the press behind the neck remember the starting position and the ending position of the exersise and the key is dont lock the arms with a full extention threwout the exersise.. | |
