I didnt think they would call the fight either. That cut was like Cotto's cut in the Clottey fight.

In a title fight shouldn't the guy get a chance to show he can fight through it ala Mancini-Bramble and Gonzales-Carbajal and Marciano-Charles?

The Cermeno-Moreno fight is a WONDERFUL tactical battle. These guys are GOOD!

I would have preferred that they gave Dawson a bit more time. I think either way he was going to lose. Hell, I think Pascal could have dominated the final round. The only thing the stoppage did was give Chad and his apologists an excuse.

It was a legit stoppage though...

Im with u Marble I thought they should have at least let him finish the 11th see what the corner to do before the 12th then make a decision.

I agree with Marble. I do think that they should have let it go to the end of the round then look at it again but hey I am glad Dawson lost he is boring as hell.

But i understand the stoppage. I didn't know that it was a plead your case scenario. Chad was beaten thoroughly i have no problem with the stoppage.

Dawson headbutted Pascal and got cut after showing little for 10 rounds. Solid karma. He can fight Cloud and get his rematch after Bute-Pascal.

On a side note, Rafael's twitter campaign is going to be a big failure. He's already begging for subscribers.
