Investigation is underway already. If this guy presses charges he comes out as the bad guy either way. Do you risk trying to sue Huerta and let the world know you are the guy that hit that chick? The woman can come forward and press charges against him also. The guy clearly was taking his shirt off to fight Huerta. The bad thing was the video only shows Huerta chasing after him and then the final boot to the head. IMO everyone loses, but the chick who got punched.
