Silva doesn't want to fight Machida

Is anyone else tired of this "oh we're friends/teamates and wont fight each other" stuff? I would hope that these two could be professional enough to compete against one another without it ruining their team or friendship. Its just a fight. Just competition. No one is asking him to sleep with Machida's wife or anything. I just find the whole we can't fight because we are in the same training group to be ridiculous.

I don't have a problem with it. I would have more of a problem if they both fought at the same WC but Anderson has MW and Machida has LHW.

I don't either. One fighter would be at a huge disadvantage as one would have to leave the camp and find new partners.


Machida is only as good as he is because of Anderson and Anderson is only as good as he is because of Machida.

Wouldnt it be awsome if they still trained together for the fight, I mean I doubt either one would "pull the wool" over the other ones eyes with some secret trick move they practiced while they were training apart. I think it would say alot for their friendship if they trained together for the fight. Would be awsome in my opinion. Probly wouldnt happen but I think it would be cool.

shit when me and my boy are running shit on the beer pong table we don't break the team up for competitions sake. We continue to mow dudes down.
