I'm 5'6" and 200Lbs.

Blew out my right knee in a pickup football game in college and had 50% of the cartilage taken out. My road work is non-existent.

I could probably get down to 160, but that wouldn't help my mobility much. I'm looking at a knee replacement in 3 years or so.

Good thing I'm a golfer.
