Pac vs Cotto-because Arum doesn't give a shit. He can keep it in house. Pac can get a belt at 154. He can bring in Cotto's fans. Or Pac vs Margarito-he can keep it in house. He can try to get the Mexican fans.

the way Top Rank and golden boy operate where they only want to do fights in house is horrible. Fuck it, why don't those assholes just create their own leagues.

Ali- we have a tailor made opponent in front of him. Thats fine, but I like what I see thus far. He has good handspeed. Good power. He is a physically strong guy. I like that he moves his feet to avoid shots, covers up sometimes, and used the shoulder roll a few times there. Good variety.

When he moves up in class we will have to see more traditional boxing from him; use of jab on outside, which isn't required that much with this opponent.

This kid is very good. He could be the future.

Agree Captain he will get the nice KO in this fight but he will have to fight more traditional in the future.

Forget rewarding a cheater. The problem I have with Margarito fighting Pac is the following:

1-Margo is 32-which doesn't seem old except Margo turned pro at age 16; guys who start fighting pro at an early age often age in ring years much quicker than other guy
2-Margo-got destroyed by Mosley.
3-Margo's comeback fight-he looked like doggy doo

Combine all that and I don't think that the version of Margarito we would have vs Pac iss close to the Margarito that was seen when he was fighting Clottey, Cintron, PW, or Cotto. He isn't the same guy.

I agree completely. FUCK MARGO and FUCK ARUM. Lets put both of them on a plane add in everyone at GBP and crash that shit into a volcano.

People talk alot about Cotto not being the same. No he isn't what he was 3 years ago. He had some hard fights over his career.

People haven't talked about margarito not being the same. Which is a mistake. He got tagged by hard shots by Cintron, Cotto, PW, Clottey, and Mosley. Mosley dented the undentable chin. WHY? I believe part of it is the fact that the guys before Mosley tagged that chin alot. At a certain point the punch resistance goes.

I'd love to see Ali near the end of the year on Shobox against another prospect. Usually on shobox they match a top prospect against a slightly lesser prospect. That would be perfect.
