At Newark, N.J. (ESPN2): Zab Judah vs. Jose Armando Santa Cruz, 10 rounds, welterweights; Alex Perez vs. Edvan Barros, 8 rounds, welterweights; Sadam Ali vs. Julius Edmonds, 6 rounds, welterweights; Patrick Farrell vs. Newton Kidd, 6 rounds, cruiserweights.

The undercard fights start in about 40 minutes, or 9:00 PM EST on ESPN 2.

P.S. You might remember Jose Armando Santa Cruz from his loss Joel Casamayor, one of the worst decisions ever, he won't be a pushover for Zab, it should be a good fight tonight.

Zab belongs to some weird, nutcase cult, however he's an entertaining fighter to watch when he's on.

Bird, Looks like Santa Cruz has won 3 out of 4 by KO, since losing to Casamayor, his only loss was by 6th round KO to Antonio Pitalua. I guess well see what guy shows up.

Anyone ever seen a 1989 movie called Triumph of the Spirit?

It was on tv last night and I was watching it. It is about a former Greek boxer, played by Willem Dafoe, who is in Auschwitz, and there are fights set up for the Nazis to bet on, etc...

I'm watching, it was okay, and then bam, the second opponent Willem Dafoe faced was

TEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDYYYYYYYYYYYYYY AAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTLLLLLLAAAAAASSSS

I was like holy shit, Teddy Atlas got put in the hot tub time machine and stuck in Auschwitz and had to fight Willem Dafoe.

I'd put in a clip, but I am technology illiterate and at 33 years old I'm too freaking old to learn.

I really could give a fuck less if Pac-PBF ever happens, i'm totally sick of this shit.

Why do they have to put a picture of Mr. Twinkie (Dan Rafael) when he is on the phone with FNF. Just put his name up there, no one wants to have to deal with his picture. Could be worse, it could be him on skype.

I watched that flick Capt, good movie, I didn't recall Teddy being in it, did he get KTFO by the Defoe character?

Yeah, its Teddy Atlas, playing the 2nd boxer that Dafoe took out in the ring. And Teddy was one skinny looking, non-muscular guy. It was freaky since the movie was 1989. See Dafoe getting ready and I look and I'm like, oh shit, thats Teddy!!!! And I checked IMDB, it was Teddy Atlas. He got an acting credit for the flick.

And he was boxing choreographer for the flick, so that is why he got a small part.

These guys are so inflated when they list them. I remember meeting the 6"1 Jermain Taylor who was more like 5"10' I was a little disappointed to be honest.

I figure they used Teddy in the movie in 1989 because the skinny little fucker most resembled one of the emaciated inmates at Auschwitz.

Perez looks like shit. Has this guy heard of spacing? He better watch it or he is going to get caught and dropped.

Barros is a tough little mo-fo, he's been hit with some bombs and he's still hanging in there, Perez will eventually nail Barros with a big shot and end it.
