It depends when Brock takes him down. My guess is the first round but hey I though he would get Carwin down in the first also. |

Mythology.
Brock said before other UFC fights and this one that he is only around 265 during the entire camp. He changed his diet since his illness and he will not be no fuckin 40 pounds bigger than Cain. Brock at most will be 270ish and Cain will come in 240-245. I wouldn't expect more than a 30 pound difference, tops. That is still a lot, but not enough to negate the rest of the mismatches Lesnar suffers in this fight.
In fact I'd imagine Lesnar might want to come in slightly lighter than normal to increase his speed and cardio for a Cain fight which is likely to last a long time.
Cain could beat Brock and do it rather easily.
I'll remember this one, maybe we'll end up adding it to your running wrong list...

| I see absolutely no way Cain wins. Cain will be quicker and probably land some shots on Lesnar but there is no chance he KO's that rockhead and he sure as hell isn't going to outwrestle. I think it will be a better fight but I was impressed with Lesnar's win and it made me even more confident that he will beat Cain. | |

No. Soon the only contender left for the title will be Cro Cop(if he keeps winning), and Wolf will still argue that Brock is somehow fundamentally flawed to the point where he doesn't beat whoever the new challenger is for some reason. At the same time he will claim alot of us are over-hyping Brock, and making it out like Brock is being toted as a super hero who has super powers.

Combat I can understand how you'd think that, but I think we've both seen enough MMA to realize banking on some "indestructable chin factor" and basing an entire matchup off that is usually a bad idea. Fighters like Nog were the exception to the rule, and I don't know how many come from behind rope a dope sub's of that nature Lesnar has in him. Let's not make it seem like Brock took those shots in stride either, he has admitted himself that he thought the fight might have been stopped at one point. I've just kind of grown out of the idea that X heavyweight in MMA doesn't hit hard enough to stop Y heavyweight in MMA. Cain has stopped everyone he has ever faced inside three rounds besides Chieck Kongo. Cain can sustain that kind of beating for a full five rounds. If Lesnar wins I'll give him full credit and take back everything I've said about him. But Cain is at least as good or superior in every aspect of MMA other than having an extra 25 pounds and a few inches in length.

But Cain fight's different then Carwin, he grinds, his game is constant pressure, we've seen him go 3 rnds applying that pressure from start to finish. Carwin was going for KO or bust, and for a guy who had never been out of the 1st rnd, that proved deadly when he didn't finish.
