| Great fight, Cain is really talented, but I see Brock as a bad matchup personally.
Can't wait! | |

| Actually, i see Cain as a bad matchup for Brock...if his standup with Nog is any indication, but that's just me. I don't think Brock would ragdoll Cain. Velasquez is a huge dude and a very strong wrestler. Plus, there is the layoff for Brock. | |

| Nog looked slow tonight, Brock isn't as technicallt skilled as Nog as a puncher, but he has more hand speed. His wrestling is on par or better, and he is the bigger, stronger, more athletic (well that's close) fighter. I think he'll actually either catch Cain standing or control and finish similar to Mir. | |

| IMO all the life threatening bs with Brock has been a ruse, he's secretly been training and improving most of the time. | |

| Unlike everyone else I see brocks only way of winning is by just that laying on topand mauling him. But i say what happens when cain gets on top of him. Brock has one chance and cain has standing, cardio, and better wrestling. | |

| If Brock lands standing, Cain is going is at least getting rocked,
Ridiculous power + Enormous fists = KO Potential

Especially if the winner is Frank. I can see Carwin getting the shot over Cain if he beats Mir though.

| Cain needs to keep the fight standing for as long as he can . honestly with Cain's speed I could see him troubling Brock. |

Cain has better technical striking but Brock has pretty damn good handspeed and his fists are the size of small houses

| It all depends how the next fight goes. That is for an interm title LA you know.
I've been saying for years that Cain is a future champion and that he would maul Lesnar. Sooner than later we will see that verified.

| Dana said that Cain vs. Nog winner could still get next shot, after tonight I think it's pretty likely. | |

| Ok so Brock has how many fights and has had not one damn standing KO other then catching the slowest HW Randy then finishing him on the ground. Cain has speed standing and every time he comes out he is even better. Hate if you want but most of YOU picked slow nog to win this so shows how much you alredy doubt the guy. He was 2-0 before the UFC nobody wanted to fight him. Now he is 6-0 in the Octagon with only one fight going to decision. He deserves the shot no matter what mir/carwin do. | |

| Mir/Carwin may be for the interim belt, but UFC showed how much they cared for that when the let Brock leapfrog Nog after he beat Heath f'n Herring. | |

| What the hell is with all this knee jerk reaction saying the UFC will supplant the unification fight for this one?
If Carwin flattens Mir impressively and early the shot will obviously go to him.

| Picking Nog shows that we doubt Cain? Nog is the 2nd best HW ever, picking him shows that we thought Nog would beat a great young fighter. I think Cain is the shit, but I also think Brock is legit, and just a little too much for Cain. And Brock standing dropped Mir in their first fight, dropped Herring and broke his eye socket, then dropped Randy; the guy is dangerous standing. | |

| Carwin is another im just big with some wrestling type of guy. Cain is the real deal 8/10 times he beats carwin. those other two times are a lucky punch. | |
