| Though I'm not exactly going to make a set prediction at this point, I do think there is a chance for a bit of a let down with this fight. We could see both guys strengths cancel eachother out, and then watch a boring ass sloppy fight go into the 3rd, with both guys gassed and first guy to connect soliud wins.
As I've said multiple times on here, don't overreact to the loser, both guys will be top 5 HWs as long as they keep fighting, there is a vbery short list of HWs who could potentially beat them.
In your opinion, if Brock gets knocked out hard and bad by Carwin, does he comeback from that? literally and mentally? can he handle that sort of loss?

| Brock is mentally tough and I honestly think these guys will have a trilogy. Brock by ref stoppage in the 3rd rd. |

| Brock still seems like he's searching for himself. He said on the count down show that he found his indentity finally. He isn't a football player or pro wrestler, no he said he found his identity as the UFC HW champion. He didn't say he was a fighter. Something tells me if he exits that role violently he may move on to something else before very long. I don't see him lasting years in the sport as a non champion. Curling teams what ya gonna do when Lesnar runs wild on you?

| I talk to people almost everyday that are good friends with brock. They say he is so focosed it would take a miracle for him to loose. I am still leaning on taking Carwin as for a simple breakdown. Shane has advantage in the clinch untill I see otherwise. Brock should try to get on top early, if shane can sprawl( i imagine he can being with jacksons atheletes) he should ding brock. I think we underestimate brocks Red ass. I dont think brock has quit in him and If carwin was handing out a beating like Brock was beating mir, Brock would just keep fighting. | |

| If it's a devastating loss where Carwin schools him and puts him down with relative ease it may not be long before Lesnar needs to find himself again. But if it's a close fight and he loses I don't see how he doesn't find his way back to the top for a rematch. | |

| Carwin is too good of a wrestler to fall into Lesnar's GnP trap.I see Carwin winning by 2nd round TKO.The fact Brock was training with Couture makes me think he expects the fight to stay upright and a lot of dirty boxing may be used. | |

| I think it goes like this. They come out and circle for about 20 seconds. Then tie up in in the center during an exchange, Carwin slightly lands a shot, Brock goes for the takedown but is stuffed. About a min later of BS Carwin lands some shots in the clinch and Brock is overwhelmed....Carwin via TKO 3:45 seconds into the 1st round. | |

| I was surprised with the size similarity for both fighters at the weigh in yesterday. They're literally the same size. Brock seems to be a little thicker than Shane but they are still roughly the same size.
I'm sticking with a Brock win but I'm less confident about how he will do it. My immediate thought is that he will gNp Shane to a ref stoppage but the more I think about it I'm leaning towards a decision win.
I'm REALLY looking forward to this one, though. I have a feeling this will be a close contest and we will see what both guys are truly made of.
Pulling for Shane, picking Brock.
