I heard everyone involved received 3 month suspensions which start the day the paperwork is received by the commision.

Yeah, that's what I said... A group of guys are being looked at, but Nick plea bargained before they had a chance to lay the heavy wood to him. Miller and Shields also sent in papers, but no mention of any suspension on those two that I can find. Also just read where Nate is accepting a $7,500 fine and no suspension in a deal. He didn't want to have a surprise suspension layed on him before his fight with Davis.

From what I've read, as of now Nick is the only guy in jeopardy of missing out on the tournament unless SF does one of the two options I mentioned. I hope they postpone it a month and get everyone on board.

I thought everyone just got 3 month suspensions. By the time the tournament would start - this fall - that would be over.
