| sorry both fighters were pathetic..foreman went into the ring wearing what appears to be a support brace for the right knee..his handlers should be shot allowing a fight to go on and not postpone it..obviously the knee gave out..im on a link without english but cotto showed nothing ..foreman danced well didnt punch.. a poor inept performance by cotto..sorry no other way to look at it.. | |

+1 Looks like Steward has polished up his D as well. Good performance all around by both men, Foreman was in there with the stronger man.

You think so Ali? Dude looked outclassed tonight, he has no power, and he's injury prone, who can he beat at Jr. Middleweight?

| lol that was the funniest fight I've seen in a while. Foreman showed a lot of heart but you gotta admit it was kinda funny to see him go from running track to hobbling around the ring. | |

Come on, he was using his jab better and brought back the hooks to the body. Considering this was his 154lb debut and first back from the Pacquiao fight he done pretty good. I believe Emanuel can make a difference to Miguel and pre-long his career. |

a poor inept performance by cotto..sorry no other way to look at it.. He's worn the brace in several fights. Yuri himself said it was an old injury that he wears a brace to give some extra protection. So stop acting like the brace was a new development with Foreman's evil taskmasters forcing him in there.

| I thought Cotto did a pretty good job of cutting off the ring and working the jab....left hook was good too.... | |

+1 He looked alot better than I thought he would. I am glad to be honest, because seeing Cotto finished off tonight would have been heartbreaking. |

Why waste punches when your opponent is moving away from you ? |

I could see Foreman beating Spinks. He showed some heart and some guts, and he probably made some fans, but I don't see his career going anywhere. As for beating Spinks, that wouldn't be any great accomplishment. P-Willie, Angulo, Sergei Dzinziruk, Martinez, and even Vanes Martirosyan would tear Yuri Foreman a new asshole. You can have all the "heart" in the world, but if you don't have some power to go with it, you're in a world of hurt.

Yeah, it's not like Foreman was moving really well until the injury or anything. Cotto should have just gone wild and thrown reckless punches while chasing him around the ring.

| I didnt think Cotto looked bad but he wasnt supposed to. Foreman was hand picked and has no power so Cotto took some chances that he wouldnt be able to get away with against a guy with more pop. he got the win and thats the main thing but I thought he looked considerably slower than foreman and missed some shots very wildely that foreman didnt make him pay for. | |
