Some fighers are just....fat. In the words of the immortal James Toney, "Boxing ain't Bodybuilding." Following those words, James, short, fat and all, went in the ring to do battle with one Sam Peter. Elusive, fearless, quick and fast are just some of the descriptions of his unexpectedly brilliant performance. Sure he got ripped off, but who could forget the short, fat guy outboxing the tall, hullking African? Most blimps don't have the talent of James Toney. They're just fat, slow and boring. Too lazy to put in the endless hours of training necessary to become a world champion. Since I'm still taking nominees, I won't mention another world famous pork eating tub of blubber. I leave the rest of the nominees to you.

For a small guy, Juan Diaz has a lot of blubber. Really if he did his training right, he should be a featherweight at the most.

some fighters just have a naturally chubby build and cant shed it no matter how hard they train...doesnt necessarily mean they are out of shape...a lot of nfl linemen are fat, but they still make it through the training camps and 2 a days that are all very physically demanding, the guys with the big bulky muscles actually tire faster sometimes...those muscles are heavy...look at a guy like tyson he had the big bulging muscles and he usually declined as the fight progressed...butterbean would be another good example of a fat guy who was successful lol

Butterbean wanted Tyson. That's one fight I would've had to bet on Tyson. lol
