| Yeah the fight wasn't close enough to warrant a rematch. | |

| Yeah not sure why Wandy would want to give him a reamtch, he'd possibly be coming off wins against Bisping and Wandy, two top 15 MWs, he'd be pretty close to a title shot. | |

| Dana would have to give wand a bigger name with 2 straight wins unless bisping fights a big name and wins inbetween the possible rematch | |

| Wanderlei should fight Yushin Okami after this one. Or are we saving that one? | |

| Depends where Okami is at after the Akiyama fight, Wandy would be coming off wins against Bisping and Akiyama, I think Nate would be good, Vitor? | |

| Okami vs Wand would fucking blow. I have zero interest in that. I would rather see him fight Cote. | |

| Yeah, Cote/Wand would be sick. Okami would probably ground out a UD with takedowns over Wand. I'd like to see Okami fight Bisping. I don't see Dan Miller challenging Bisping too much, where as Okami would make his life a nightmare. | |

Yeah who wants to see Wand fight a GnP fighter? Cote expressed interest in this fight before, he wants to jump right into the deep end so why not give in Wand? Would be a nice standup battle which is your best case senario for Wand.

I don't want to find out if he can still stuff those takedowns. I would rather see him fight an exciting standup battle. You got to get the most excitment out of Wand while you can. I would preffer Cote vs Wand 100x more then Okami vs Wand.

| If Wandi wants to give Bisping a rematch that's his choice.
I see no point unless it's in the UK. |

| Wand only lost a GnP UD vs Tito in his ultimate Prime for the UFC LHW title, before the back injury. Never once before or after in all his fights with wrestlers, since his IVC days and his brutal KO of D1 wrestling champion, undefeated IVC champ Mike Van Arsdale to his Pride days where he beat wrestlers and grapplers with Judo gold medals and Olympic pedigrees on the regular. Yushin Okami is not Tito Ortiz, and Wanderlei would probably do very well in that fight, ending it with knees.
Japan vs Wanderlei Silva.

| OK Wolf I see your point, Wand would prob score an impressive win vs Okami. But don't you think Cote vs Wand could be a good matchup as well? I wouldn't mind seeing Cote vs Bisping either. | |

| I'd rather see Okami than Cote because Okami is ranked significantly higher, thus meaning a more impressive win for Wanderlei's record. Yushin Okami and Yoshihiro Akiyama also represent loose ends for his career in a way. | |

| A fight with Okami doesn't interest me either. Wand vs. Cote would be nice, though. A Cote fight would be significantly more dangerous for Wand, though. Cote has serious KO power. | |

Well Cote wants a tough fight right away, even mentioned Wand by name. Also the winner would be in a pretty good spot, but the loser might be in a pretty bad spot. IMO it is one of the more exciting matchups for Wand at MW right now.

Because they represent some of the best Japanese competition he would have ever faced, and you obviously know all about that whole angle right?

| What's with all this Cote love, he hasn't fought in forever, and Wandy would be coming off wins against Bisping and Akiyama, he has to get a better fight than Cote, I saw either Nate or Vitor. | |

I don't think he is really getting "love", no one is saying he is a great fighter. Just an exciting standup match up for Wandy. He did say he wanted to get right back to fighting top guys, he did mention Wand by name, he did fight for the title his last fight. As far as MW goes I think it is one of the more exciting matchups for Wand. He is more getting love on how his style would make an exciting fight with Wand rather then getting love for being a top guy.

| I guess it'd be a pretty good fight, but it wouldn't really make sense with where Wandy would be at on the totem pole at that point. | |
