| Wtf man, I've caught my own... Salmon, trout, bass, walleye, musky, pike, crappie, blu gill and cat fish... I've never had th chance to fish the ocean but its on my bucket list. Sushi is one of my favorite foods and fresh tuna, cooked of raw is the best! I had a shark stake once but thought it just tasted like regular fish | |

I have caught crappie and catfish and had them cooked up. But they were fried of course. I also hate tuna, all tuna. It's fucking gross.

A lot people believe the good we eat us causing so much cancer and disease. So much crap in processed food. We'd all live longer and be healthier if we had gardens and farms of fresh fruits veggies and animals. Yeah and the world would last longer if we all rode bicycles. I concur with both. Work for food is one of the culprits that will cause our societies eventual collapse and was the first institution of slavery, that which all of western culture is still bound by today. Also, sometimes in the mountains I eat beef, but later I feed that beef back to the grass, mind-ka-pow!

I'm a very picky eater. Also I firmly beleive all meat should be deep fried. It's just the right thing to do.

| So wrong. Fried food is good but smoking or just searing the outside of a prime cut us far superior. | |

I'm not big on the smoked taste most of the time. It's OK for a change from time to time. I'd rather it just be grilled up and BBQ'd. How do you guys eat your steaks? I like mine medium.

| Smoked is probably my favorite.
1. Smoked Tri Tips. Hung and smoked in 55 gallon steel drum rubbed with some good stuff - Medium Rare
2. Pan seared Bone-in Rib Eye. Little homemade rub or just salt and pepper, hard to mess it up - Medium Rare
3. Prime Rib end cut - Rare.
4. BBQ or pan cooked Boneless Top Loin. Little homemade rub or just salt and pepper, hard to mess it up - Medium Rare
5. BBQ or pan cooked Boneless Loin Top Sirloin. Little homemade rub or just salt and pepper, hard to mess it up - Medium Rare

| This thread had a hard time staying on topic .. so I must address a lot of things.. - Quote :
- On the original topic:
I do like grass fed beef.. too expensive though.. If I made more money I would probably only eat Grass Fed. - Quote :
- On Veal:
It's delicious .. Its kind of funny to me saying Veal is inhumane but eating cow isn't. Have you ever had Lamb OU? - Quote :
- Fish:
Only Bottom dwellers should be fried - Quote :
- Sushi/Oggy " All delicious
i don't fuck with eel though, creeps me out" Wow you really should give it a try brotha.. you said you didn't think you like sushi in general but liked it, so why would you stop there.. Eel is probably my favorite and have to have it Do me a favor and when you go to a sushi place that serves Nigiri (not just rolls) and order Unagi and let me know what you thought.. Unagi is up there with the best single bite of food you can have IMO

| No I have never had lamb or any desire to ever try lamb.
My mom just always had an issue with the calf never being able to move. Kept in a cage it's who life so it can't develop any muscle. Don't know why but she hates the thought of it I guess.

Thats a premium cut of meat man.. i can understand not wanting to pay for it.. but if someone cooked leg of lamb and gave it to you? I think you should explore your taste more man .. not hatin' just sayin' .. try something whether you think its not for you or not.. and if it isn't spit it out no big deal.. that goes for everyone.. so you said you have only had fish fried.. what about any shell fish?

| This is the guy that thinks dark turkey meat is appalling and likes his turkey breast so over cooked he has to spread butter on it. | |

You guys are insane to suggest dark meat > white meat. Turkey breast is better then any other part of he turkey and it's not even close. The butter isn't because it's dry, it's because it make it more delicious. Butter works on everything.
