| Went to Flemmings last night. Got a pretty good bone-in New York. Can't decide if I like Morton's or Flemmings best as a steakhouse. Ruth Chris blows. | |

I hate to say it but the best steak I have had was made by a coworker on his grill. He is actually a graduate of some pitmaster bbq school. Dude can cook on his grill and smoker. I have had Morton's and Ruth's Chris and wasn't impressed with them. Texas Roadhouse has steaks that are just as good imo. My ex wife and I had our 5 year wedding anniversary dinner there and they completely fucked up our meal all around. The freaking stuffed mushrooms were raw on the bottom for pete's sake. Never even heard of flemings before so I can't speak on them.

| Flemings is almost always good. Perry's too as far as high end chains go.
Anyone been to Botero at the Wynn in Vegas? That place has some GREAT steak. A local place in Houston, Vic & Anthony's, is also very good if anyone is ever down here?
