This. Not only this, but I have other questions about Adam and Eve story. Maybe I just don't remember the details. But how old(of the age equivalency) were Adam and Eve when they were created? Were they created day 1 to look like 20 year olds? They obviously couldn't have been infants. So when they magically appeared on Earth did they look like young adults? To avoid the incest problem that has been brought up were new people created before that 3rd generation? Also I never understood how time worked back then and if it is equivalent to time today. But didn't Adam live for like 900 years?

| Muslims believe that Adam and Eve had 4 sets of twins. Each set was a male and female. Each set of twins had different DNA and it was like they weren't even brother and sister to the other sets. They were to marry someone of the opposite sex just not their own twin. Kane killed Abel because Abel was going to marry Kane's twin and Kane wanted her. |

So the fact that they didn't share DNA is seen as another act of God? Because it would be scientifically impossible. When did the rules on DNA change for incestuous relationships/offspring? Also do you believe that Adam lived to be 930 years old?

| If god can create Adam and Eve out of nowhere then he can make their twins all have different DNA.
I don't know how long Adam lived but if he did live that long I would believe it. Just because we can't doesn't mean people a long time ago when there was no sickness and disease didn't. |

Pretty sure both Mulsims and Christians believe he lived to be 930 years old. These are some pretty wild stories. At what point did God decide change the rules on DNA? Which generation did that finally kick in? So is it your belief that if science can find a way to cure all disease and illness then people could start to live 1,000 years again"?

| So ignoring the fairy tale DNA bait and switch thing what you're saying is you condone incestual relations. Whether or not the DNA matches they were still children of the same mother and same father, and they boned with that knowledge.
Also, Cain killed Abel because Cain's offering of produce was rejected by god while Abel's sacrifice of the first of his flock was not.

We're years calculated the same? Was the earth closer to the sun so a year was shorter?

| No, our distance has been about the same for most of the planet's history, there are only small changes that are also offset by an increase in the size of the sun.
The days were shorter some billions of years ago, but this was due to the moon being closer to the Earth. The distance and speed of an actual year would be the same.
There has been very little change in the last few thousand years.

Where in the koran does it say that? Is this one of those deals where religion makes up something to get around a peski scientific problem and then is like I AINT GOTTA PROVE SHIT GOD DID IT.

| If you just read the first few pages of the bible, I just can't believe that anyone would think that should be taken literally. It just reminds you of the Romans using Gods to explain natural disasters. | |
