Underworld Awakening - Decent but not as enjoyable as the first two. 3/5
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (US) - Exceptional and another example of why David Fincher is one of the best directors around at the moment. I would probably have enjoyed it more had I not seen the superior original version. Craig was a horrible choice for Blomkvist though, his english accent just felt so out of place and his performance was rushed and lackustre. Mara was superb, I was impressed with her performance but she's got nothing on Noomi Rapace. 4.5/5
And that intro scene was crazy.

I almost forgot to post this. I watched The Avengers yesterday and I was not impressed don't believe the hype, it has a few funny parts but it's still your typical Marvel movie with a lot of boring parts and scientist dialogue. Next one should be better with Thanos hopefully. I still haven't watched Thor or Captain America will be doing that this week I'm not expecting much just bored.

I still haven't seen Avengers but I thought Thor was a good movie. One of the better Marvel movies IMO. But I thought Captain America was pretty bad, one of the worst.

The best Marvel movie I have seen is either Ed Norton HULK or the new Spider Man. Marvel sucks SRS.

What the hell is wrong with people on this forum ?? The Avengers is by far one of the most entertaining comic book movies ever made.
Incredible Hulk is average at best it's on a par with Captain America for the weakest Marvel studios movie.

Nolan's Batman series trancends the comic book genre to compete with the GOAT's I agree but that still doesn't change the fact that The Avengers was alot of fun.
I really don't understand how you couldn't enjoy something witty and entertaining like Whedon's Avengers but liked Ed Norton's brooding generic Hulk movie.

Haven't seen the new Spider man. But I really liked Iron Man, the 2nd one was pretty good too. HULK with Norton was good too, I liked that one.

The Avengers has a similar tone to the Iron Man's.

It's gonna suck when this movie comes out it's gonna put Marvel out of business.

Can't hate on DC for putting out GOAT movies with GOAT characters and GOAT story lines without all the colors and shiny things with explosions.

Aside from Nolan's Batman series Warner Bro's have failed to produce anything spectacular from their DC back catalogue.
Explosions hmm you must have missed the last two Dark Knights.
Shiny colors were all over the joint in The Green Lantern.
Since Marvel studios opened all of their movies have made a profit, The Avenger is the highest grossing movie this year with over $1 billion dollors at the box office.

Avengers really wasn't anything special. Special effects, great sure, but that doesn't hide a hollow movie. Get real already, the only people I've ever had to hear gush over it have been my little kid cousins and their friends and it is a big part of the movies money making at the box office. Children demanded to see and their parents are collateral ticket purchases.

All of my mates enjoyed it and alot guys on my XBL list loved it, none of those people are below 20.
Critics also enjoyed it here even the snippy ones from the papers.
The Avengers > Prometheus.

Most of the movies released this year are better than that giant disappointment.

Whatever, if that's your attempt to deflect away the lulz over your worship of a kiddy movie, have at it.
