Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi, the most wanted man in the world, has been killed, the country's rebel government claimed today.


The flamboyant tyrant who terrorized his country and much of the world
during his 42 years of despotic rule was cornered by insurgents in the
town of Sirte, where Gadhafi had been born and a stronghold of his
supporters.


The National Transition
Council said that its fighters found and shot Gadhafi in Sirte, which
finally fell to the rebels today after weeks of tough fighting.

While I'm FAR faaaaaaaar from a Gadhafi fan I think he may have been the lesser of 2 evils. I bet muslim terrorists now play a much bigger role in Libya.

DIfferent. The rebels killed Gadhafi and took pictures and were proud to release the proof, so the release of Gadhafi's photos have nothing to do with the US. If the United States had been directly involved in his capture and death, maybe the pictures would not have been released like Bin Laden.

so i guess as each day passes by some more news on his death comes out, supposedly they raped him with a stick about 2 feet long... i am not making tihs up, they tortured the shit out of him then killed him.

This is pretty much like us helping the Libya rebels

I am not a conspiracy theorists by any reach but WTF does our goverment and media expect us to believe??
We are quick to strike libya when there have been no reports of atrocodies such as tunsia,syria and egypt.

The rebels tortured and killed their rival leader. Are we to expect that Momars people in his home province that supported him wont meet the same demise??

reports of blacks(many of which are in libya for oil related work) are being murdered at alarming rates.

I dont hear shit about this in the news.

yet in the not too distant past we sat back for 2 months while 800,000 rwandans were systematically exterminated while UN tiptoed around the word genoicide because if that word were used they would have to react.

Rwandans were raped and murdered at a rate much greater than hitlers death camps at the hight of WWII.

they already found 54 Gadaffi supporters dead in a hotel in Sirte. so it's pretty much the same as it was under Gadaffis rule
