Mousasi's title NOT on the line Nov 7th

It makes sense.

If it's Filho, he is not under contract to Strikeforce so they probably don't want to give title shots to loaned fighters.

It's also good because they can free up room for another fight on the main card, which is probably Lashley-Waterman, though i would hope for ONE more, but i think they'll only have a 2 hour slot.

I doubt they can get more than 4 fights live.

How about Big Foot vs Werdum? Why not make that fight?

Well, i'd rather have Bigfoot-Werdum for this card.

They can save Lashley to help draw for the December card.

I looked at the three EliteXC cards on CBS, and each of those cards had 5 TV fights. So i think they will look to add Waterman-Lashley as well as set up a fight with Werdum, hopefully with Bigfoot.

Nothing is confirmed with Werdum-Bigfoot. It seems kind of unrealistic on such short notice.

Five TV fights with three title fights? Not possible. No wonder this won't be for a title.

I want to say UFC only did 4 during their last fight night and 2 for their 103 preview. Of course those were non title fights.

5 would be tough with 1 being a title fight. (Shields-Miller)

EliteXC had title fights on their CBS cards as well. They can easily do it if they don't dick around in between fights that much like they do on SHO. They would be assuming some fights, particularly the main event leave a lot of extra time to fill.

I thought three because of Miller-Shields, Fedor and Mousasi. Didn't know Strikeforce would disrespect Fedor to such a level to not recognize him as a champion of some type.

Well, his crew M-1 probably has as much say as Strikeforce in the matter and they don't seem to give a shit about the WAMMA title as well. Strikeforce has a HW title. It may lack presitge now, but it will never gain it if Fedor comes in hyped as the best fighter in the world defending the Not Strikeforce HW title.

+1.. im with you on that, having him fight for the strikeforce belt instead of him being recognized as some champion of some belt that most people dont know about... this way that belt meens something with how many legit contenders they ahve in that division

Filho would probably fail his post fight urine test for Steroids and Cocaine.

I'm not a fan of a champion fighting but not defending his title ala Gomi.

King Mo was rumored but I dont think he will make it.
