| Since Dana says he needs another 1 or 2 fights before he goes for the title again, who is next for him, is the winner of Sonnen V Stann going to be #1 contender, or should the winner match up with Belfort for that spot? | |

| If Sonnen beats Stann I would love to see Vitor vs Stann. |

| What's Bisping up to? I'd love to see that fight.
Leben? that would be sweet too.
As far as Stann vs Chael loser, I'd prefer that Vitor's 2 fights before getting another title shot not both be vs guys coming off losses.

| They always say guys coming off wins/losses face each other so I doubt the loser of that fight gets Vitor. I would be less surprised to see him get Okami off an Anderson loss just because the fight could happen sooner
I think given how fast that fight was they would want to get Vitor back in there quickly but that looks like its going to be tough to do, unless they matched him up with Paul Harris if he beats Dan Miller in 2 weeks
Otherwise, he would be waiting quite awhile on the Maia/Santiago or Leben/Munoz winner. The Bisping/Mayhem winner he would have to wait like 8 months for at the minimum. Of course he could always fill in on any of these fights if someone pulls with an injury
Just looking at the possibilities, I don't see much out there. I wouldn't be surprised if its something like Paul Harris off a win or even someone like Aaron Simpson even though that wouldn't really look like a step forward at this point.

| Msn, I forgot that fight was so far away. Mayhem will have been out for 13 months for literally no reason other than Strikeforce being total assholes | |

| As a Mayhem fan and someone that enjoys watching him fight, SF making him the scapegoat for that brawl and keeping him off cards without ever mentioning that to him is shady business | |

1st there was the suspension, that was like 3 months or something, then later the dude put all his eggs in the Diaz basket, and Diaz left him flat. That's not on SF cause u know SF wanted that fight. Then he signed with the UFC in May, and was supposed to fight in July which the UFC scrapped. so this latest stretch(which is about 1/2 of the 13) is on the UFC. So maybe a couple of those months are on SF, but the majority is not. Try to keep it real.

Try to keep it real. They knew that shit wasn't happening. How many times did Diaz fight after that brawl while Miller was still in SF? Its atleast 3. They never came close to pulling that fight off He signed with the UFC 1 year after his last SF fight. That waste of time 2 minute squash match with Sak in Dream is the only thing on his resume during that time. So we're talking about one of SF's biggest personalities being injury free and just not getting a fight over that time period. 2 were scheduled and then just randomly pulled off the card because apparently they had pretty much banned him (unless they would've been able to do the Diaz fight in which case I'm sure they would have let him fight) all while still promoting the shit out of Diaz who started the damn thing. So in reality they were pretty much just holding him there hoping they could make the Diaz fight but he wasn't going to be allowed to fight anyone else

| All I know is the merger certainly worked out great for Mayhem who was being basically black-balled and now will be coaching on TUF and have a pretty highly anticipated fight following it too. Ironically, Mayhem and Diaz are the two guys who have benefited most from it thus far | |

| An Akiyama rematch. Sexy was clearly not himself, it's so obvious that blonde hair dye effected his performance.
The winner of Leben vs Munoz makes sense.
Is Belcher back yet ? |

He said he doesn't cut to LW anymore because he loves his pasta. I guess he loves his pasta too much to stay below 200lbs these days.

"I don't know if he's retired, but he's definitely up seven weight divisions," White joked. "I'm just kidding. I love Matt Serra. He's been around a long time. He's one of the best guys in this sport personally and professionally. "I don't know. He's loving living his life right now. This guy's got a ton of successful schools all over New York and has made a lot of money in the UFC. He just had a baby. You want to talk about people that gain weight when they're happy, he's really [expletive] happy right now – really happy."

| Winner of Stann vs Sonnen is getting a title shot. For Vitoria to face the winner of Leban/Munoz would be a long layoff for him. If Alan Belcher wins that fight makes sense. Or loser of Anderson/Okami. | |
