| this is a very difficult fight for me to pick. both guys are devastating strikers. just curious on how you guys think this fight would end? i guess the majority would go with silva. | |

| Silva by KO. Vitor's an excellent striker. But Silva is better. | |

| Silva would KO him in the first. Not that Vitor isn't great, but Silva is awesome! | |

| I think round one is a lot of sizing up. I think eventually Vitor will throw his punches, possible land a couple, but ultimately get countered by Silva. Silva will continue this and until he's gained an advantage mentally and basically pick Vitor apart. | |

| I think Silva keeps his hands below his waist and makes Vitor miss for a whole round, then comes out striking in the second. Just so everyone knows that there is nobody who's gonna beat him until he retires. | |

| The Vitor of old carried a lot of unecessary weight, and he gassed kind of easily. At this new weight class i'm not sure if he could take it into the 4th or 5th rounds. But, I defintely think that Vitor would give Anderson Silva all he wants standing up for a couple rounds. Vitor was also a Brazilian National Champ in BJJ. He hasn't utilized that hardly at all during his career, but can only expect it would be better at a lighter weight.
Since i'm a big Vitor fan, i'll go with Belfort via TKO in the 3rd.

| I would take Silva and expect a really long feeling out process as well. I would expect Vitor to fade before Anderson based on history. | |

| Silva with a late 1st/maybe early 2nd round TKO
after seeing how he clowned Forrest and all these other great standup fighters...its a no brainer IMO
