| Good event but kind of irrelevant big picture wise. We learned that Penn sucks at WW against wrestlers - wait we already knew that. We also learned Fitch is a boring toothless fighter - wait we knew that too.
Highlight of the night - Mark Hunt.

Highlight of the night - Mark Hunt. Penn took down the second best wrestler in the WW division multiple times, if he didnt gas there at the end who knows what would have happened

| What surprised me the most on this card was how poor Sotiropolous' wrestling looked. No technique at all. His wrestling has been steadily going downhill, which is not good for a bjj fighter who needs to be able to put the fight on the ground. Not sure who he is training his wrestling with, but it needs a lot of work.
I thought BJ won rounds 1 and 2 and gave Fitch a 10-8 round in the third, making it a draw. BJ blew the fight, plain and simple. Fitch dominated the last round and if it was just a little competitive, BJ wins the fight. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating card lol.

George's wrestling was awful, Siver just looked to strong and shrugged off the takedowns. I personally thought Fitch won round 2 but that round is hard to score. That is the round that people have the most problems with. Some gave it to BJ some had it 10-10 and some gave it to Fitch. Very tough fight to score but I think Fitch won the fight.

| http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/national/bloody-brutal-stupid-but-its-sport/story-e6frf7l6-1226013201029MARTIN Luther King Jr once observed that violence begets violence. He was right. I've been at the cage fighting for exactly five minutes and already I want to kill my editor and the obese guy sitting above me, who is nursing a hamburger in his UFC boxing glove-clad hands and intermittently bellowing: "Entertaaaaaaain me." Below us in the "octagon" as UFC - Ultimate Fighting Championship - purists say, a fighter is prone near a large pool of dried blood. I think he's foaming at the mouth, and I start looking for a priest. Then his eyeballs roll back to their right position and he gets to his feet. Eventually I find my seat in the nosebleed section at Sydney's Acer Arena, which is so close to the action that I'm sure I hear the crack every time a fighter cops one in the face. Up here, it's all heavy metal and strobe lights, lest anyone think bared teeth, tattoos and an absence of neck muscles is a recipe for a tea party. And plainly, some of the onlookers do. "F---ing do something!" someone yells helpfully. "Don't be scared to get hit," adds another. Fortunately, the Octagon Girls, whose core skills seem to consist of wearing Lycra and blowing air kisses, are on hand to hold up signs for anyone in the audience who loses interest (or, indeed, count) between rounds 1 and 3. The losers are left to stagger round the ring like drunks on a dance floor, a depressing mix of today's hopelessness and tomorrow's headache. By the time the main event rolls around, I am tapped out. The air swings keep flying as I leave the arena "We want blood!" someone yells. "This is s--t!" screams another. And, for the first time I'm inclined to agree. | |

| Her POV is the same as my mother's, which is fine. Now my Mom watches a lot of those 'forensic files' and 'From the Grave' stuff on TV. So she said it was barbaric and stupid, I was like "This is from a grown woman who watched an investigative report on a man who killed his mother and kept her in the closet so he could have sex with her body?" She never said another word. | |
