| I got the opportunity to train at Xtreme Couture one weekend in Jan. It was during their open gym.
That place is amazing. Its crazy seeing guys like Belfort, Kampmann(he got some crazy endurance & been working on his wrestling), Sefo, and Tyson Griffin training in cages near you. I got a chance to meet Randy too. He seems like a great guy. Trigg was there too. He seems like a dick. I wish I would have had a pic of him getting choked out by Hughes to sign.

| trigg isnt a prick IMO but could see how people might think so. He is very competitive and he likes the mental game part of things | |
