| Rampage? Really? Didn't he just lose fight before last? Didn't he barely win his last fight? I would rather see the winner of Jones/Bader. Sorry, that is just how I feel. | |

| Rampage still never really dropped below 5 on the LHW rankings and now holds a win over Machida which holds exponentially more weight than Vera and Matyushenko. If he wins over Thiago in what should presumably be a straight forward affair that won't go the distance, a rematch with Shogun or Rashad that they could hype would make plenty of sense. I actually think Bader would have a pretty good argument if he beats Bones but Bones still needs another win in my book. The winner of Forrest/Franklin possibly | |

| I think it is very easy to sell Rampage vs either Shogun or Evans with the history there. Rampage is also older then Bader and Bones. So IMO it just makes sense to have Rampage fight for the title first. | |

| i'd be ok with him getting the shot, and i would pick him in a rematch with shad but i think he'd get wrecked by shogun | |

| They have $$$ to be made in page though. No matter who he fights for the belt, it is a rematch they can hype and promote a bunch. That makes the most sense for the UFC, to use guys like this while they can to make the money. | |
