I really hope the guy does well, but it suck for the thousands of radio people that are out of a job that never screwed they're life up, never robbed anybody, and don't have 6 mug shots. They're people out their that deserved a job more than this dude who was lucky enough to have someone put him on youtube. But hey hope this guy doesn't end up back on the street.

Yeah but maybe now this national story inspires someone that they too can have a 2nd chance. This hire could impact more people and that alone would make this move better then the alternative you suggest. So if that turns out to be the case, the right thing was done.

LOL this guy is gonna be in my town feb11 at our courthouse to be a witness for some case, I should have known he has been to my town if he's a crackhead from columbus, columbus crack dealers have came here to lay low for years, making their buyers come looking for them.
One day I had this dirty looking white dude come walking into my office and asked me "where the blacks live around here?" I said "Sir there's alot of black people that live here your gonna have to be more specific." So he says "You know the black neighborhood, I need some weed cause I got cancer" I told him I couldn't help him. So he left and just started walking down the road, he got picked up in the middle of town by the cops, he was a crack head from columbus whos dealer was staying in my town, he was literally going door to door looking for his crack dealer
