| Silva, Sonnen and maybe Belfort beat him. |

- The concept is still the same. GSP's optimum fighting weight is WW. It is obviously going to be more challenging to fight at a higher weight. It is harder to hold down the bigger, stronger guys. Can't believe I'm being suckered into this again. Let's just agree to disagree and move on.
The concept is similar but nowhere near the same. GSP is not going to be significantly smaller overall than anyone, not enough to matter. Brocktober was a learning lesson, better fighters are the better fighters, size is a minor factor behind talent.

GSP is a very good fighter but far from untouchable. We do know if you can touch his chin you have a chance. I think it is reasonable to say it is harder to takedown and hold down a larger opponent. I think it is very reasonable to say it will be more difficult at MW for GSP.

| I can see a few guys that have the tools to match-up well and combined with the size differential could definitely do the job. With that said, I wouldn't favor anyone over GSP other than Silva at this point and maybe a roided up Sonnen. | |

| Didn't Nate confess that GSP owns him in training, or have I been eating too many mushrooms ? |

Blind love?... You disagree with my statement, Sooners? I disagree with the overall view of GSP as a MW. I think in a similar way to Brock and even Spider(until Sonnen) people built these guys up to be more superior then they actually are. GSP is a great fighter, with great skill and the best WW in the world. GSP has shown weakness in the past. With his lack of finishing ability he gives his opponent that much more of a chance to catch him(he's been caught before). edit: to be clear the statement of blinded love was not directed at anyone one or any one comment made.

| Just checking as I said that I could see many having the chance to take him out. I just wouldn't favor anyone aside from a couple... | |

Even Rashad said that GSP takes him down at will in training. |

| Truth is I don't think Dana wants GSP to fight at MW because then we'd be stuck with either Fitch or Shields as our champ |

| Remember when I said WW sucks south of GSP? It does. All the strikers can't sprawl, all the wrestlers cant strike. | |

Even Rashad said that GSP takes him down at will in training. That's right I'd forgotten about Shad saying that. |
