| Desultory affair. It almost looks like Maidana didn't train or was sick or something. Not making excuses, just saying that's how mediocre and sluggish he looked. Flatfooted, squared up, disinterested and dropping his hands to breath.
Either that or Chop-Chop somehow got younger.
In the seventh Maidana pushed the pace and tried to make something happen and finally dropped Corley when Corley tried the "lean back with my hands down" defense, but Corley landed a series of right hooks to survive. | |

| It could be that Maidana was overlooking Corley and more interested in the future Amir Khan fight, we've seen this happen before many times in boxing. |

Promoter issues, at home, looks softer than before, seems like thats the case I just hope GBP makes the fight....with Marquez-Katsidis looking like it will happen, it should be Maidana Unless, Ortiz wants the match up after Harris in Sept | |
