from the article: "Roy Jones Jr.'s promotions company has filed a lawsuit alleging that fighter Danny Green used illegal hand wrappings in a 2009 fight that saw Jones knocked out in the first round.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday also claims that Green, an Australian, refused to allow Jones to invoke the rematch clause in the contract and that Green's company owes Jones an unspecified amount of money from the bout."

Pathetic. Remember this moments after the fight? : "We don't make excuses"

jones is desperate for money i guess...or a fight...you and your glass jaw got knocked out..live with it without excuses..

rematch. Who would have paid to watch a rematch after Jones was destroyed in 1 round?

Jesus Christ Roy leave it alone and retire.

I'm an attorney, but I try to not comment on whether someone breached a contract, acted illegally, etc...

As a fan, this smacks of desperation from a guy who no longer has a strong grip on reality.

Roy has managed to become more pathetic each year since he met Tarver's left hand. He's going to surpass Evander at this rate.

Dougie Fisher of ringtv was so right on a few years ago when he said in his mailbag at Maxboxing, that Roy Jones Jr., wasted alot of his career not facing the best competition he could face, then when his ungodly reflexes began to fade he decided to push himself.

Roy is going to end up in very bad shape. It may not be apparent a year or two after he retires, but check back with him in around ten years.

What's next? He's going to sue Calzaghe for cutting him? Glenn Johnson for assault? and Bernard Hopkins for defamation?
