Dhafir Harris (aka Da Da 5000) if you do not know already is the next big MMA star to come from the streets of Florida. He has been compared by his peers to be the next Kimbo Slice and the King of the Streets. This in my mind is fair comparison considering he sports the iconic Kimbo beard and street attitude. Dada had his first professional fight at AFL: Rumble at the Rock 2 last night against Cedric James.
Tom Lawlor who was attending the event had this to say on his twitter regarding Dada's fight -

Obviously, Da Da 5000 is following in Kimbo Slice's footsteps and making his mark in MMA one fixed fight at a time. The way his career is going we might see Da Da 5000 vs James Toney in the UFC by year's end!

Read about this Kimbo wannabe last night before I went to bed. As long as he isn't calling out Machida or another world class fighter I won't hate him as bad as I did Kimbo when he burst onto the scene.

I like how this dude is trying to be Kimbo too....same beard, always wearin the black beater, and beating up on guys half his size.
This dude is a doucher, I really hope he doesnt get any spotlight.
IF its THAT easy to get into the pro MMA bouts...let me just go beat the shit out of some middle schoolers since they're half my size. Maybe I will get national recognition.
