Would you guys want him on your team...yay or nay?

My vote is no. Even if his athletic ability is still there. I wouldnt want to risk putting money into a guy that has a high risk of going back to prison.

Who can i see him winding up with? If ANY team I would say maybe the 49ers or Rams

Raiders, and no, he could be a speciality player for the Wild cat

I thought maybe the Raiders too, but cancelled them out realizing they already have Russell and Garcia.

Russell is gonna be a huge bust and Garcia is about done, that's the perfect fit of any team

Great athlete with two years off... Will he be the same? As a QB, he's average at best and you have to run a much different type of offense to fit his skills. Now, if he hasn't lost a step to utilize him as a slot type player a la Wes Welker... DAMN. BUT, As a team and owner do you want to put up with the protests and media onslaught that will follow him.... Eh. It's a no for me...

Am a Jets fan and if we had a need for him I would be all about it but we really don't. No team is gonna hve to pay him a ridiculous contract so he could end up being a huge bargain.

How do you figure there is a good chance of him goin back to prison??? I don't see that.

I guess my view is if this thread was posted about Ray Lewis after his "incident" what would your answer have been?

My take on this is Mike served his time and should have his shot. He didn't kill anyone. If he came cheap I wouldn't mind trying him out as a wildcat, returner, or 3rd down back for the Texans.

Vick was at a strip club with AI the day he got out of Jail. I guess the man has needs that weren't satisfied in prison.

Only if he was extremely cheap I wouldn't mind having him on my team (Pats). I would like him to be in there as a slot, occasional shortyardage 3rd down/goalline qb and to be used as a distraction or in trick plays. I think he could come in handy, but I wonder about the layoff and his long-term usefullness.

He would be fun to use in trick plays.

Well I imagine one of the first things you want to see when you get out of prison is some tits and ass. So I can understand.

After spending only a couple months in once, I was fiending BAD for ass when I got out. I couldn't imagine being in for a year and a half without some pussy...no thanks!

well the 49ers are my team, i have liked them since the mid 80's when i got into football , at a young age. And i would rather have another shitty season then to have that fucker on the team

"Vick has signed his first endorsement contract since his release from prison. The Philadelphia Eagles' Pro Bowl quarterback inked a two-year contract with Unequal Technologies, a provider of the football pads Vick wore most of last season."

He served his time and good for him for getting his life together.

Chicago White Sox pitcher and animal rights activist Mark Buehrle told MLB.com recently that there were times this season he wished Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick would get hurt.
