I feel bad for him, losing his brother, however, he's in against a monster.

Katsides wins this one in bloody fashion retires Marquez.
What would Andre Berto do?

Wait for Haymon to reschedule his next fight 1 yr out and replace the opponent with Sergio Mora

you think? i mean marquez didn't look that impressive in the last diaz fight. i have a feeling 2010 will be the end of the marquez bros and hopefully of hopkins

Sergio Mora is way to heavy for Berto. Raffa Marquez would be his next opponent.

Berto vs Mike Jones or Mosley might be next. But hopefully Freddy KO's Berto.

In Australian Sport it's a tradition we play in honor of the person that died.

Most athletes here do the same. Andre Berto is the exception.

Diaz was scared to death of deja vu' so he fought a completely different fight in the rematch. Katsidis is a come forward fighter which is perfect for Marquez. I actually thought JMM looked better in the second Diaz fight. This fight will be similar to JMM/Diaz I. Maybe, just maybe, Katsidis can land early & often enough to hurt JMM, but his style is right in JMM's wheelhouse.

Katsidis has 5 rounds to knock him out. If I were him I'd come out guns blazing and not worry about emptying the clip because if the fight goes late Katsidis will find that Marquez has him read better than the control+F "find" function on the computer.
JMM gets hit a ton in the beginning of fights so that will be when Katsidis should try and get him out of there.

imo katsidis isn't the same fighter who lost to casamayor or diaz.he's still got the brawler instinct but he's a little more refined.whether it's enough to beat marquez time will tell.my instinct tells me this will go late & momentum could change even then.

Could we see another Buster Douglas type performance next month, where the death gives them that extra energy to walk through fire and chop down the star ?
